SDCC 2013 – Toynami Booth Pics – Hello Kitty, Futurama, Voltron

Toynami has always been an interesting company. They have always made toys with great quality, but they just don’t seem to get get some of the respect they deserve. Their Cinnemaquete line still makes some of the most detailed and accurate collectibles that I’ve ever seen (checkout their new Blade 2 and Blade Trinity Collectibles). Their Futurama toys are a lot better than most of the Simpsons toys that anyone else has made. Their last Masterpiece Voltron is one of my most cherished collectibles and has be very excited in what they are planning for Shogun Warriors. They even come up with great combinations like combining the Skelimals with DC heroes and Hello Kitty with Street Fighter. But, for the life of me, I can’t understand why the turn around and do something like Robotech plush. It just doesn’t make any sense to me.
