Demi Moore and Ashton Kutcher are fighting the child sex trade. I’ll give them points for having their hearts in the right place, but is this the best way to promote awareness of sex slavery? They’ve created a series of public service announcements to help bring awareness to the issue and to point out that real men don’t participate in such things. As they put it… Real Men Don’t Buy Girls.
The adds feature stars like Bradley Cooper, Justin Timberlake, Sean Penn and more in humorous little vignettes that show how real men do things.
I hope it works, the sex trade is an awful thing, I’m just not sure if people are really going to walk away with the message.
Also… when is Hugh Grant going to do one of these?
