I’ve always considered myself to be a decent cook, but my knife skills are crap. Maybe I don’t have sharp enough knives, maybe I’ve got the attention span of an three-year-old… Maybe if I actually focused on my skills, I’d eventually be as good as this guy.
A bored sushi chef in Japan took a Daikon (a Japanese radish that looks like a giant, white carrot) and carved it into a chain.
