3D latte art has been a favorite of Pintrest fans for a while now, but it’s time for the Japanese to blow it out of the water with their new creation: Grated radish art. While you won’t find it in your $7 dollar coffee, this new trend is popping up all over savory dishes in Asia.

They are created when whit radish is grated into a bowl with other ingredients and then squeezed to remove excess water as well as to make it more easy to shape. The end process is being labeled by some as “Daikon Art”

We’ve got a great selection of the art for you below that features everything from cute little bears to pop culture icons like Totoro, Doraemon, and even Snoopy.
