Apparently, there’s this contest going on where people can enter to win a chance to appear with Katy Perry at the Grammy’s
From the News Release:
Last year, the Grammy Awards invited fans to win an opportunity to play along with the Foo Fighters. The year before, the Grammys gave a young Robyn Troup the chance to sing and dance with Justin Timberlake. And this year, fans will have the opportunity to sing-along with Katy Perry during a performance of “I Kissed a Girl.”
But don’t get too excited. There won’t be any possibility to actually lock lips with the supposedly recently single pop star. The 2009 edition of the now annual “My Grammy Moment” contest is virtual only, as Grammy producers and CBS are tapping users to help create a segment on the telecast.
Beginning today, and lasting through Jan. 22, fans can upload a 30- to 60-second audio clip of them singing along to Perry’s “I Kissed a Girl” to the CBS website. CBS will announce the top-20 videos the following day on Jan. 23, and fan voting will commence through Feb. 6. The Grammys announced the contest via its Twitter feed and posted details on its Facebook page.
I’m going to guess his other posts about hating gays and blacks that he’s got on Youtube.. no we won’t post those here, might hurt his chances of winning.
Now, here’s some entries that won’t endanger your digestive process.
