To propose to his girlfriend Liz in a way that she’d never forget, Victor teamed up with JHM Productions and several Hawaii costuming groups to create a proposal video with that references Star Wars, Ghostbusters, Captain America, and a lot more. In all, more than fifty people helped out with the film. Lucky for him, she said yes.
