Avocados are delicious, but they have two main problems: they go from unripe to overripe faster than it takes you to sneeze, and the giant seed is a huge pain in the butt. Over in the UK this week, a new fruit is making it’s debut, called the Cocktail Avocado. The produce, which is being grown in Spain (and is apparently also being cultivated in other countries) is the result of not letting an Avocado blossom get pollinated. The result is a smaller fruit, with no seed and edible skin. Sadly, the big trade off here is size, as the cocktail avocados don’t grow to be more than around three inches long. Think of them as around the same size and shape of a pickle.
