Teeth art tattoos is not a new thing, in fact it’s been available in many countries. But recently thanks to an article in Ginza Magazine, teeth tattoos is slowly becoming the next hottest fashion trend in Japan for girls.
So how does this new trend decorating your teeth differ than the gold and diamond grills popularized by rappers of the west? For starters the idea has more to do with self expression and a more individualized fashion statement. And instead of bling, the art is more cute centric. Often done as a way to match nail art.
The process of the teeth art is simple and safe. The chosen art is attached to the tooth by a special glue, using LED light which fastens and dries the glue. As a result, the “tattoo” can easily be removed after a few days.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
