We may not be experts on J-Pop, but we are definitely experts on creepy dudes who make you wanna say WTF! Kashiyuka is apparently a pretty big deal over in Japan, but it seems like her number one fan in the US has a very special birthday wish for her.
He’s got music and candles, even some special chocolates laid out for her, but I wouldn’t trust the guy. I’d almost be willing to be that within ten minutes of meeting, he’ll be wearing her skin like a pair of feety pajamas.
