I hate Elmo. He is, without a doubt, the Snickers in the swimming pool of children’s educational TV. When I was a child, you actually learned things on shows like Sesame Street, 3-2-1 Contact, The Electric Company, and many others. Now, we treat kids like future MTV Viewers and less like the future of our society.
However, Over in Japan, they have some really cool kid’s shows like The Pythagoras Switch. Perhaps if we had more Kids shows like this:
