Nick Fury is going to have a sidekick in the Avengers. We are not sure what character will play the sidekick, but it’s probably going to be Wasp, Maria Hill, Sharon Carter or Carol Danvers. We might get some clues by looking at who will be screen testing for the role this Friday.
According to THR, whatever the role is, it will be going to either Morena Baccarin, Jessica Lucas, Cobie Smulders or Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
Personally, I’m a bit worn out on Baccarin and while I love watching Cobie Smulders in ‘How I met your mother’, I have trouble picturing her in any of the roles.
Some new rumors on the topic are suggesting that all of this might be misinformation and that they’ve already decided to go with an unknown actress. We’ll know soon enough.
