Only in Portland would kind of thing not be considered out of the norm. I’ll be honest, I’m really not sure what to say about this. It is just a guy on a unicycle, wearing a Darth Vader costume and riding down the streets of Portland. Oh, of course he is playing the Star Wars Theme Song on his bagpipes… anything else would just be weird.
