I like weird food, and I’ve got no issues with a messy burger, but this might be crossing a line. It’s called the Monster Burger, and it comes to us from a restaurant called Raw Material NYC. It’s mostly just a normal burger, but when you cut or bite into the bun, it (for lack of a better term), ejaculates a mixture of butter, cheese, and herbs into the air, and probably on to your shirt.
Burgers should be greasy, without a doubt, but when you are literally eating what appears to be a bread version of a water balloon filled with butter and cheese, you have to start to reassess your life’s path.
