With San Diego Comic-Con just a couple of weeks away, it’s almost surprising that they didn’t wait until Hall H to unveil the first trailer for the long-gestating Marvel Horror series, Agatha All Along. With that said, we’re thankful we don’t have to wait.
Agatha All Along has been a long time coming. Set as a spin-off of Marvel’s very first Disney+ series, Wandavision, the show follows Kathryn Hahn’s Agatha Harkness as she claws her way out of the mystical prison Wanda left her in, and goes on a quest to regain her power.
With little bits of news over the last couple of years, we thought we had some idea of what to expect, but this trailer is a complete surprise to us. and that’s a good thing.
On her journey, she’ll be joined by Aubrey Plaza, Joe Locke, Sasheer Zamata, Ali Ahn, Maria Dizzia, Paul Adelstein, Miles Gutierrez-Riley, Okwui Okpokwasili, with Debra Jo Rupp, and Patti LuPone.
The two-part series premier hits Disney+ on September 18th.
