Several online sources are reporting that, despite the lackluster performance of Die Hard With A Vengeance, they are actually now working on a script for Die hard 6: Die Hardest. Word is that the film is being written by Ben Trebilcook who is currently working on the video game movie, Knockout.
One source, Total Film, says this about the movie:
“Details are scarce at the moment, but we know that the story begins in New York, before moving to Tokyo, which will be the predominant location.”
The only good thing I can think of about this is that Japan would be the home base for the Nakatomi corporation. That means that we could go back to the style of the first film and actually have it take place in the Japanese Nakatomi tower. I would be ok wit this… but, only if Mcclane dies at the end.
