According to a new report from THR Batman: The Long Halloween Part 2 will also feature the first look at the next DC animated film, Injustice, based on the popular Injustice: Gods Among Us video game series. No official details have been given out for the new film, but from this description in the article, it looks like they’ll be keeping pretty close to the plot of the game:
“The story takes place in on an alternate Earth in which the Joker has tricked Superman into killing Lois Lane, sending the hero on a rampage. This unnhinged Superman decides to take control of Earth for its own good, leading Batman and his allies to attempt to stop him.”
