It almost feels weird to see a full trailer for a live-action Halo series. It feels like the show has been in development for the better part of a decade with everyone producing it from Microsoft to WETA. Now the series is heading our way with Pablo Schreiber in the lead role of the Master Chief.
In the new series, we’ll follow Master Chief and his team of Spartans as they take on the Covenant and search for the HALO. The Big Budget series looks like Paramount decided to go for Disney+ level budgets so we should be in for a pretty spectacular visual at the very least. It won’t be until the series hits Paramount+ on March 24 that we’ll know whether or not the story sticks the landing as well.
Dramatizing an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant, Halo the series will weave deeply drawn personal stories with action, adventure and a richly imagined vision of the future. In a war for humanity’s very survival, our deadliest weapon is our greatest hope. See Master Chief, Cortana, the Covenant, and the other Spartans of Silver Team more in this epic trailer for the new Paramount+ Original Series, Halo. Find the Halo, win the war. Stream the premiere of the new original series Halo on Thursday, Mar. 24, exclusively on Paramount+.
