There’s something about Keanu Reeves that makes him fun to watch, even when the movie he’s in is less than… excellent. I’m not sure if his new film, John Wick is going going to fall in to the righteous or Bogus category, but the first trailer is out and it has me intrigued.
In the movie, Reeves plays a retired hit-man who comes back to seek revenge on the men who stole his car and killed the puppy that was given to him by his dying wife.
Joining Reeves in the movie is a surprisingly stellar cast that includes: Adrianne Palicki, Willem Dafoe, Bridget Moynahan, Ian McShane, Jason Isaacs, Alfie Allen, Lance Reddick, John Leguizamo, and Michael Nyqvist.
John Wick opens in theaters on October 24th.
