Amazon has dropped the full trailer for their series adaptation of Mr & Mrs Smith. In the original film Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie played husband and wife spies. Now those roles have been filled by Donald Glover and Maya Erskine.
The show looks like it has a slightly more serious tone than the original, but it looks like a lot of fun. It doesn’t hurt that the show is packed with an unbeatable list of A-List guest performances from Paul Dano, Parker Posey, Wagner Moura, John Turturro, Ron Perlman, Michaela Coel, Eiza Gonzalez, Alexander Skarsgard, Sharon Horgan, and Sarah Paulson.
The new series hits Amazon Prime on February 2nd, 2024.
