While Laika has been at the forefront of stop motion animation for the last few years with films like Paranorman and The Boxtrolls, Aardman Animation, the creators of Wallace and Grommit are masters at the classic craft and it looks like they’ve got another great film on their hands. Their newest film, Early Man , tells the story of a stone tribe of Brits who must take on a Bronze Age city of Frenchmen in a game of soccer over the fate of their village. Dug, the main caveman in the film is voiced by ‘Fantastic Beasts’ star, Eddie Redmayne, while the film’s French protagonist, Lord Nooth is being played by Loki himself, Tom Hiddleston. Check out the trailer because this movie looks like a lot of fun!
