Deadpool is currently kicking some serious chimichangas at the box office, but (as we would love to forget), Ryan Reynolds first appeared as the character along side Hugh Jackman in X-Men Origins: Wolverine. The film’s treatment of Deadpool was so awful that it is actually kind of amazing the merc with a mouth ever got a shot at his own solo flick.
Now, with Deadpool flying high, Jackman has his own new film coming out, Eddie The Eagle. The movie is the uplifting true story of one man’s dream to become an olympic ski jumper and stars Jackman and the Kingsman’s Taron Egerton.
To help bring more eyes to the sports flick and to poke a little fun at his old cp-star in the process, Ryan Reynolds hijacked Jackman’s press junket and did his own three minute sit down with the actor.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
