A new trailer for Marvel’s Inhumans just dropped at Comic Con, and you can really see why they’ve slotted this show to air at 9 PM on Friday nights. That’s exactly what you do with something that you don’t expect much from and kind of hope that no one else notices. That’s not to say that the show doesn’t have some hope. The acting is solid, and the story could be interesting enough to carry the day, but it just looks poorly made. Medusa’s hair is a distraction when it’s not being converting into CGI symbiote tentacles, and laughable when it is. Lockjaw is cute, but Blackbolt is every lesson that wasn’t learned after Stallone’s Judge Dredd.
