As fans hungrily wait each week for their latest fix of The Mandalorian on Disney+, there are several other shows either in development or pre-production. Aside from the upcoming Obi-Wan series starring Ewan McGregor, The Cassian Andor series, and the animated series The Bad Batch, featuring the aforementioned clone troop and Ahsoka Tano, there are rumored live action series for Boba Fett, Cara Dune, and Ahsoka/Sabine Wren. Then, on top of all of that, we’ve got the upcoming series from Dollhouse creator, Leslye Headland. Now, Headland is talking about her new Star Wars series, and what she’s saying has a lot of people very interested.

Here’s what she had to say in a new interview with Fantastic Frankie (check below to watch the complete interview):

“I would say it’s in a pocket of the universe and a pocket of the timeline that we don’t know much about. I kind of see, if Star Wars is a religion. I like to think of my show as a tent revival. You can come over if you want to. We’re going to be talking about some cool stuff.

There’s going to be some things we haven’t discussed in the canon yet. There are going to be some characters you don’t know about.”
