OK, so we don’t know exactly who Christian Bale is playing in Taika Waititi’s second MCU film, Thor: Love and Thunder. However, we do know which team he’s playing for and it turns out that he won’t be playing for the good guys. In a new interview with ET, Tessa Thompson let it slip that the Batman The Dark Knight actor will be playing the film’s villain.
The good news is that it should be a lot of fun to watch Bale take up the mantle of evil in a Marvel film. The bad news is that this all but guarantees that he will not be playing Beta Ray Bill.
Thor: Love and Thunder is hits theaters on November 5, 2021.
