Fans of NECA’s animated Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles action figure line should start saving up because the toy company revealed their ultimate Foot Soldier today on Twitter. The new figure, which they say is perfect for army building (they want you to buy a lot of them), comes with three different heads, five guns, 2 swords, a spear, a fan, a hat, throwing stars, a canister of mutagen, and a Krang communicator.
