A couple years ago, there was talk of a live action Captain Planet film. It never happened because the studio hit a financial rough patch and just couldn’t pull it together. I was fine with that, because I could never really imagine a good take on the story for live action. that is, until now.
This fan made trailer for an updated, live action Captain Planet story is freakin awesome!. It picks up with all the characters later in life and brings them all back together to summon Captain Planet.
