Divorce Makes a Family Twice As Big feat. Colin Hanks & Kimmy Gatewood

If you remember the 70’s which hopefully you don’t, there was this thing called Free To Be You And Me. It sucked. It was pretty much the basis of why we all get participation trophies and why we aren’t allowed to play dodgeball.

Well, the good news is that some good can even come out of tripe like that. Rob Kutner and the Levinson Brothers have created this parody album in honor of the original’s 40th anniversary. It’s called “It’s OK To Do Stuff: Songs Left Off Free To Be You And Me” and features the voices of everyone from Colin Hanks to
Jane Wiedlin of The Go-Go’s.

We’ve got three videos to share with you from the album. First up is “Divorce makes the family grow”, followed by “It’s ok to do stuff”, and “Wally Wants a Real Doll.”

Video Description:
Shot over 6 days and nights in the valley, most of which were spent picking out the worst Christmas sweaters they could find, they’ve got a message about divorce from the new album “It’s OK To Do Stuff: Songs Left Off Free To Be You And Me” Proceeds from the album to St. Jude’s, and it’s available now on iTunes, Amazon and everywhere fine parody albums are sold.
