I was starting to worry. It had been almost a whole week since we had someone in a video from Russia doing something stupid while drunk! Thankfully, as the sun rises in the east, it is only a matter of time before we get a new viral video from Mother Russia.

This one is sort of a twofer. First, we get to see what happens when someone enjoys a bit too much vodka with their lunch and decides to take a tractor for a ride through a parking lot.
