This story takes us to Palm Coast Florida, where police are currently seeking help from the public in identifying and arresting a cross-dressing man who has been walking up to cars in a Home Depot parking lot and tying pantyhose to the door handles.
Flagler County Sheriff, Rick Staly is hoping that someone calls the crimeline soon, because: “We need to identify him before this escalates to a more serious crime.”
Who knows what this man is capable of. If he figures out how to work the hooks on the back of a bra… may God have mercy on us all!
