I have no idea what the context of the video is and why this dog is standing in knee-deep water, but it’s still funny even if the results are completely expected. Okay, after doing some research I now feel awful for laughing at alleged poor homeless Thai dog who has no dry place to sleep and is forced to stand awake in knee-deep water because of the Thailand flood… ya, I bet you feel awful too.
