Gathering of Spider-Men Aims at Breaking World Record

There’s a group out there that’s trying to break the world record for the most Spider-men in one place at one time. Amazingly, it isn’t Marvel (have you seen how many Spider characters they’ve got now?!?)

The previous record of 398 Spideys in one room has now been shattered more than my faith in the series after Quesada did his whole post Civil War retcon thing. The new record is now held by the 438 people who showed up at the City Recital Hall in Sydney Australia, all dressed as the webhead.

The event was a benefit for Life Education, a group devoted to educating kids and young people about drugs and the importance of good health.

Just to make sure all the costumes were good enough for Guinness to count, Charterhouse, an Australian medical recruiter provided them to all attendees.
