Geeks Build Homemade Synthesizer Using Only Kitchen Implements

This isn’t the best music in the world, but it is definitely one of the coolest homemade synthesizers that we’ve ever seen.

Seriously, this is pretty amazing. Using just some basic electronics and then pots, dishes and pray cans from the kitchen, these guys have managed to construct an actual working instrument. The main guy in the vid, Stephen J Anderson, makes a joke that he hopes it doesn’t electrocute him. Honestly, I was surprised that the compressed can of Pam Non-stick spray didn’t explode into a ball of flames.

We’re glad it didn’t… but that might have made an even cooler video.
