Got Skin Allergies? No Worries, Now You Can Turn Them Into Body Art!

For generations, men and women have struggled with embarrassing skin allergies. Now, one person has figured out how to turn an unsightly rash into a work of art.

Her name is Ariana Page Russell has dermographic urticaria. That means that just the slightest scratch on her skin can almost instantly become red and puffy. It only lasts for around 20 minutes, but it is a constant hassle and embarrassment.

dermatologist Dr. Joanna Wallengren, says that the reaction is due to a histamine release.

So, Ariana took some blunt knitting needles and got to work on herself. Sometimes she uses stencils and other times she goes free hand.
