A deliveryman captured this video on his mobile phone of a Kentucky Fried Chicken staff serving unsold fried chicken picked out of the garbage can in order to get off work on time. What’s worse, the restaurant’s manager allows this kind of behavior in order to save money on unsold fried chicken, which is usually thrown out at the end of the day.

According to the deliveryman, while this does not happen during regular operating hours, it is quite common for late customers who place orders near closing time when ovens are turned off and leftovers already thrown out. In order to save money and get off work on time, employees are instructed to just server food literally picked out from the trash.
