This video was taken at last Saturday’s Portland Winterhawks annual “Teddy Bear Toss” event where attendees were asked to bring a stuffed animal to toss onto the ice after the team scores its first goal. The hockey team decided to collect teddy bears for children in hospitals and other charities, and at the end, approximately 16,000 stuffed animals were donated by Portland Winterhawk fans! What a great show of generosity and community! Well done!
