Just in time for Halloween, Joshua Hoffine is a photographer who stages his photo shoots like mini movie sets with costumes, props, and special effects make-up. Hoffine believes that “the horror story is ultimately concerned with the imminence and randomness of death, and the implication that there is no certainty to existence.”
