To celebrate the much controversial yet desired release of the Star Wars Saga on Blu-ray, the BT Tower in London, England was temporary transformed into the world largest “lightsaber” sword last night. With a flick of a switch, Anthony Daniels (Actor who played C3PO) turned the 581 feet tall skyscraper into a weapon of geek destruction. Even if you’re a hater you have to admit this is one of the coolest marketing stunts ever.
The new series is set for a two-episode premiere, June 4 on Disney+.
