When the Teddy Bear was first created, it was a cuddly toy made in honor of Teddy Roosevelt saving the life of a bear cub. It pretty much stayed that way until the 1980’s when Teddy Ruxpin opened his eyes and asked “Can you and I be friends?”
Now, the next generation of teddy bear is out and he’s no longer just a toy, he’s also a fully functional diagnostic medical device. Teddy The Guardian keeps a watchful eye over the temperature, heart rate, and oxygen saturation levels of you child. The data then syncs via bluetooth to your mobile device.
I’m not sure if this is one of the coolest teddy bear I’ve seen or the creepiest.
