Below is a video of an experiment called ‘Puppy Pulling Power’ that helps determine once and for all which breed will give a guy the most puppy pulling power, A.K.A. have women respond to the best. A digital camera is attached to the dogs’ collar which can take a picture every time it detects a smile from a women.
