I’m not sure exactly what this is… Warner Sound released this music video from a middle aged boy band called Pushing 40. It turns out that the video is mainly just there to promote a new online series called My Dad’s in a Boy Band. Or, is the series there to promote the video and the band? I’m very confused, but I’m also amused.
The debut single from middle aged musical masterminds Pushing 40 celebrating the joys of being in your mid-40s, “45 Is The New 15” glimmers like the salt and pepper hair on their partially balding heads.
The four-piece recently filmed a mini-series titled, “My Dad Is In A Boy Band”, documenting moments from the band’s formation all the way up to signing their record deal through the eye’s of founding member Jay Pizza’s son Adam, which you’ll find exclusively on The Warner Sound.
Pushing 40 is:
Jay: Will Hines
Keith: Kevin Cragg
Tony: Jim Santangeli
Trevor: Will Storie
