Sesame Street Parodies Spider-Man Musical With “Spider-Monster”

They say that they’ve made a lot of improvements to the Spider-Man musical, but I think I’d still rather watch this. When Sesame Street returns this September for their 42nd season, they will be continuing their increased trend towards topical pop culture parodies.

The first one that they have just unveiled is their take on the troubled, but finally premiering, ‘Spider-Man Turn off The Dark.

So, what do you think? Is this stuff as funny as when you were a kid? Also, what the heck ever happened to that odd little cartoon typewriter and the Teeny Little Super Guy?
