The BBC Confronts Racist Internet Troll On National TV

The BBC continues to be awesome and went on a crusade of sorts in a recent episode of Panorama, a BBC current affairs show. Host Declan Lawn tracks down and confronts Internet troll, Nimroad Severen, about the racists comments he has been leaving on public Facebook pages dedicated to recently deceased individuals. The hate monger was exposed as Darren Burton, who despite being confronted stuck to his guns and argued that “Facebook is an open forum” and he isn’t afarid of the consequences which could result in a mere 18 weeks of jail time.
