The Women Of Science Fiction Religious Iconography By Jska Priebe

We’ve all seen the classic religious iconography of people like Jesus and Mary with a halo of light around their heads and usually something like a baby or a lamb in their arms. Well, Jska Priebe has decided to take that style and adapt it to the gods of the modern day… or rather the godesses.

He’s taken Ripley from Alien, Leeloo from Fifth Element, River Tam from Firefly, Starbuck from Battlestar Galactica, Trinity from The Matrix and Rachael from Blade Runner and turned them into some pretty spectacular pieces of art.
