Deadline is reporting that FOX has picked James McAvoy to play the role of Doctor Victor Von Frankenstein with Daniel Radcliffe as Igor in a film to be directed by Paul McGuigan.
The deal was struck before McAvoy took the stage of Hall H with the rest of his X-Men: Days of Future Past at last weeks Comic-Con, but the studio decided to hold back on the news so it wouldn’t steal any thunder from the X-Men film or from The Wolverine.
