Anne Hathaway has come a long way from her days in the Princess Diaries. Hathaway, who has co-starred in a variety films from Brokeback Mountain to Get Smart, has just signed on to join Johnny Depp and Helena Bonham Carter in Tim Burton’s adaptation of “Alice In Wonderland.”

According to reports, she’ll be playing the White Queen opposite Depp’s Mad Hatter and Carter’s Red Queen. Mia Wasikowska will be leading the ensemble cast in the role of Alice.

That’s not the only Hathaway news to hit the streets today. It has also been reported that she and “The Office” star, Steve Carell will be reprising their roles for the sequel to “Get Smart.” I wonder if it will be called “Get Smarter”?
