We just got the first look and story details on Toy Story 5. the first big news is that Wall-E’s Andrew Stanton co-wrote and will direct the new film. We also know that the film will see the toys going up against electronics. The big bad of the film will be an army of malfunctioning Buzz Lightyear toys. Woody will be back for the new film, but we haven’t been given details on how that happens.
Toy Story 5 will hit theaters in the summer of 2026.
