The debate on who Vin Diesel will be playing in Avengers: Age of Ultron rages on, mostly because of the hints that Diesel himself keeps dropping in interviews.
Here’s his latest quote from an interview with EW:
“I could tell you that Marvel was excited about bringing a different kind of relationship or love story, I guess kind of inspired from the Dom-Letty relationship (from Fast & The Furious), into the Marvel universe.”
Some people think this means he’s definitely playing Thanos. Sadly, for me, it confirms that he is not. Last week, he gave another interview and teased that he could be playing Vision. Joss Whedon is crazy, but he’s not stupid. If he’s going to bring in a weird love story into Avengers 2, it’s going to be the one between Vision and Scarlet Witch (SW and her brother Quicksilver are confirmed for the film), not the one between Thanos and Death incarnate.
