Series 16
Series 16 dolls: Eleanor, Pumpkin, Mishka, Squeak and Isabel.
Fun Fact: To help celebrate the coolest holiday of the year, Halloween, all the characters from series 16 were designed around the idea of trick or treating gone bad!
Favorite Poem: Elenore
And behind each closed door
Hidden under her burial sheet
She is the ghost known as Eleanor
Favorite Death Certificate: Pumpkin
He must have come from a very bad batch
With evil intent, his machete and mask
Back from beyond with death as his task
Series 17
Series 17 dolls: The Hook, The Vanishing Hitchhiker, The Unwilling Donor, Spider Bite and
Bloody Mary.
Fun Fact: While other series were designed off of classic sins or long standing superstitions, series 17 went for something a little more modern: urban legends!
Favorite Poem: The unwilling donor
In a tub full of ice…
Will someone find her in time?
Will one kidney suffice?
Favorite Death Certificate: The Unwilling Donor
“Never accept a drink!”
However this little rebel
Was not one to think.
So off to the strange party
Did this foolish girl run
With visions of laughter
And way too much fun.
The next morning she awoke
Buried in a tub full of ice.
Missing one kidney
One hell of a price.
Series 18
Series 18 dolls: Calavera, Ingrid, Gabriella, Jingles and Ember
Fun Fact: Series 16’s trick or treating theme was so popular that they decided to revisit it again for series 18. This set also included a great, Mexican day of the dead themed doll, Calavera.
Favorite Poem: Jingles
Now forever a jester.
Jingles likes to cause a wound
Then watch it pus and fester.
Favorite Death Certificate:Calavera
expiring from the sickness inside her brain.
Her only comfort now is to wander all alone
lurking in the dark collecting dead bones.
Series 19
Series 19 dolls: Sabbatha Blood, Sanguis, Haemon, Agana, Orchid and Claret Winter.
Fun Fact: With Twilight, The Vampire Diaries, Vampire Knight and any other number of blood sucking series that have become pop culture phenomenons, you knew that eventually Ed and Damien would put out a line of all vampires. At least none of the LDD vampire sparkle!
Favorite Poem: Sabbatha Blood
and hunts in the night
be warned when you play
cuz she loves to bite
Favorite Death Certificate: Orchid
But the taste of blood makes her hurl
Because she feels ill
She never gets her fill
And is the unluckiest ghoul in the world
Series 20
Series 20 dolls: Camilla, Catrina, El Luchador Muerto, Savannah, Santeria
Fun Fact: Series 18’s Calavera was so cool that they decided to dedicate an entire series to the Mexican Day of the Dead. Each LDD in the series is painted in a bone chillingly authentic and highly detailed style.
Favorite Poem: El Luchador Muerto
And all of his opponents dispatched
Until this rudos said adios
And was defeated in a wager match
Favorite Death Certificate: Savannah
On the day of the dead
“It was a jealous boyfriend.”
Someone once had said.
But the strangler was a ghost
Never to be found
And Savannah still lies silent
Deep beneath the ground.
