NECA has just formally unveiled its upcoming Target Exclusive Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Metalhead action figure as well as their new Walt-Mart exclusive 1990 movie series Casey Jones/ Raphael 2-Pack. Solicitations for the figures are live in Japan and will hopefully be heading our way shortly.
