ADIDAS’ Installs New Destressing Punching Bag Ads In Shanghai Subway Station

Having a bad day? Work at Foxconn? Check out ADIDAS’ new nifty marketing campaign that’s known as “The first advertisement in history that you can kick punch and trample at will” (Chinese translated).

Installed in China’s Shanghai subway station, ADIDAS is encouraging Chinese citizens to take their stress out on their “punching bag” ad. The new ad campaign is a good response to the general increase in concerns over stress and fitness in China.

From the video, a lot of the subway users think it’s a cool ad, but are too shy to actually take any aggression out of it. If people are looking however, they do see themselves taking a swing or two or three.
